The Florida police officer who responded to an accident outside Tiger Woods' home found two iron golf clubs on the ground.

In a police report from Windermere police station, the officer involved also said he had requested a subpoena for the golfer's blood results from a local hospital Woods was taken to after the crash.

Prosecutors rejected the request due to insufficient cause.

He was later cited for careless driving and fined $164.

According to further information in the police report, Woods was unresponsive when the officer arrived, lying on the road covered in a blanket and resting his head on a pillow.

Woods was bleeding from cut lips but was breathing normally.

His wife, Elin, was kneeling over him.

The sport utility's engine was still running, the front passenger door was jammed and both rear door windows were broken out.

Two golf clubs were next to a golf cart, which was also on the road.

His wife told the officer she used a golf club to smash the back windows of the SUV to help her husband out of the vehicle.

Woods was then taken to a hospital where he was treated and later released.

After the hospital visit, he refused to answer questions about the accident, fueling the intense speculation about a possible dispute between the golfer and his wife.

Recently Woods' name has been linked to other women.

Last week, he issued a statement saying he had let his family down with "transgressions."
